Questions?
We've got answers.
Everything you need to know about ordering, sizing, local pickup and how your purchase supports our Eagles.
Orders & sizing
Why do some sizes cost more?
Extended sizes cost a bit more for us to source and print, so they're priced slightly higher. You'll see the exact price for each size on the product page before you add it to your cart.
What's your turnaround time?
Our usual processing time depends on the product, customization, and order size. Apparel takes 3–5 business days if it's in stock. If it's not, it will be made after you place your order. Embroidered items, personalized blankets, and other custom items may take up to 2 weeks.
Can I exchange or return an item?
Because each item is printed to order, please double-check sizes before you check out. If something arrives damaged or isn't right, reach out and we'll make it right.
Pickup & shipping
Where are you located?
All items are made in Decatur. Pickup is at Empowered Life on the Square, at home games, or at special events as listed.
Can you ship my order?
Absolutely. Perfect for grandparents and Eagles fans who live out of town. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout, and you'll get tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.
Giving back
How does my purchase support the Eagles?
A portion of designated purchases goes straight back to local booster clubs. Eagle Nation Gear started by supporting the Decatur Baseball Booster Club and has grown to support more sports and programs since then.
Are you open to working with other booster clubs?
Yes! If you're located in Decatur, I'm happy to take on any of the booster clubs. Please email christen@swankydesignco.com to discuss.
Custom & bulk orders
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, depending on the request. Please email christen@swankydesignco.com with the details.
Do you take bulk orders?
Yes, I do! Please email christen@swankydesignco.com to get started.
Who designs the gear?
Every design is created right here in Decatur by Christen Ramirez of Swanky Design Co.
